This is one of my collateral ancestors, Dona Maria Lucero Taguenca-Cabrera de Gumila, the daughter of Don Geronimo Luis Taguenca-Cabrera and Dona Mauricia Lucero, the younger sister of my great-great-great-great-grandfather Don Justiniano Lucero (whew!). I went to Argao today to meet the mayor and to get my assignment as a contracted writer/researcher for the municipality, and Kuya Ted game me a reproduced photo of this old Lucero matriarch.
