Last wednesday Ms. Nida Davide, the wife of one of the nephews of the Chief Justice, called me up and gave me the surprise of the century. She invited me to the 100th birthday celebration of Hilario "Lolo Undo" Panerio Davide, Sr. So last night January 14, I was one of the privileged few to have been given the chance to attend someone's centenary, and witness the love and care the Davide family has for the man who has shaped them. Very few people reach the ripe age of 100, and even fewer people will be 100 and say that they made a difference to the world. Happy Birthday Lolo Undo! Read my article on his 100th birthday party.
